Why another gallery?
CssFights adds value to simple gallery!
Thousand of layouts pervade web. But did you know which layout users like? Which are best in their category? Archives,calendar and blogrolls are really good for users? Go and look which blog rocks.
Here you can find the answer to the question: "wihich layouts do people really like?" Just vote!
So it's easy, it's fun and get all us more knowledge about user preferences.

Can I submit review with links?
of course you can and you should!
We prefer a website with a review to a one without! All we ask is a quality review (and quality website, of course). If your site is inserted in the fights, yuor review (if any) will be published permantly under cssfights.com/website/review/your.websiteaddress.extension Just paste your review in the submit form .. By the way, no javascript code is allowed in the review but you can write whatever you want (just be smart... ;-)
How do you prevent duplicate votes?
checking IP vs fights...
Each IP can vote the match's winner one time. That is if from my ip I vote site A as winner and site B as looser i can't vote anymore A as winner and B as looser from that ip. That's all.
Of course we prevent abuse of voting but that's another story.. ;-). anyway if you find something wrong please let me know.
My site is listed without a review. Can i send you one?
Of course!
Maybe someone else submitted your website. And we inserted in the listing. If you want to provide a review just drop the review at through the contact form specifing the url in the subject and the review in the message.

Do you plan extra features?
yes.
I've in mind some other (statistics) things and i accept ideas too; so if you think i can improve the "fights", the design, the statistics, or you want to help or whatever, drop me few lines...
next big thing will happen when websites listed grow huge... There will be a "kind" of sandbox so new websites can't popup first with 100% and just 1, 2 or few fights...
Do you support internet explorer 6
No.
Many developers think about stop supporting ie6. Someone is doing that. I will! I don't know how this website looks in ie6 and to be honest i don't mind. I don't want to be rude, but to see a dvd you can't use a vhs player.
So to see modern websites you can use "free alternatives". Firefox, Opera, Safari and IE7 are fully supported and tested.
